Resource Download Limit - The plugin will limit the number of resources that a user can download in one day.

The plugin will limit the number of resources that a user can download in one day.
The limit is reset at midnight.

If guests are allowed to download in a particular category, be sure to allow the guest group in that section to ignore the download limit.
